About this event

2026 Gala

This function is heavily subsidised and will be held in the Creek Room at the Carina Leagues Club Wade Core function centre.

Inclusions:

* Welcome drink (wine, beer or soft drink).
* Canape appetisers (four different types).
* Two course meal (main and dessert).
* Tea and coffee station.

Note: Other drinks at your cost (at Carina Leagues Club member prices).

Dress - smart casual please. T shirt and thongs are fine for a BBQ but inappropriate for this event.

Timing - Please arrive at 11:15 am.
Welcome drinks and canapes will be served from 11:30 am on the terrace. Main course will be served from 12:15 pm.

Apart from enjoying our special annual social gathering, we will also be recognising members for their outstanding participation in all aspects of club activities.

There are awards for participation in social activities and motorsport competition. Make sure that you're there on the day to applaud the efforts of your club friends or to receive your own award.

Registration is limited to 70 people and only one guest per member.

Registration Fees:

1. Financial Members - $45.00 per person
2. Non-member guests - $75.00 per person
3. Trial Members - $75.00 per person
4. Guests of Trial Members - $75.00 per person
